Dear Parents:                                                            

This week we will cover the following:

Theme: Bugs

Concepts and skills: Numbers 0 and 1. Cutting lines on paper.

Vocabulary: bee, butterfly, fly, ladybug, ant, grass, tree, mosquito, flower, leaf.

Character Education: Discipline. Our goal is:"I follow the classroom rules."

Important information:

* This Friday, March 25th is Parent-Teacher conference, please stop by your child's classroom and sign up for the conference. Pre-school students are not coming to school on this day. sign up sheets will posted on Tuesday, March 22nd.

* On Saturday March 26th from 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM everybody around the world will be voluntarily turning off the lights and unplugging electronic devices to SAVE THE EARTH. We invite you to do the same


* A school-wide presentation for parents is scheduled for Thursday, April 7th at 5:00p.m. in the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room. Please click to see the corresponding information.

March 14-18

Dear Parents:                                                    

This week we will cover the following:

Important information:

* This Thursday, March 17th, is St. Patrick's Day please have your child wear something green with the uniform.

* This Friday, March 18th, is colors day. The cost is Lps.5.

* Don't forget to come to the presentation for Pre-school Parents by Ana Maria Leon Gomez, tomorrow Tuesday, March 15th at 11:30 in the Elementary Multipurpose Room. Refreshments will be served.

* Next Friday, March 25th is Parent-Teacher Conference. There will be no school for pre-school students on this day. Sign up sheets will be posted on Tuesday, March 22nd.

* Please read the information below to order "FAMILY DAY T-SHIRTS". Orders should be placed by this Friday.

This week is evaluation week. Please refer to last week's post when reviewing with your child everyday.

Character Education: Discipline. Our goal is: "I follow the line."

* Please send a picture of your child's father or father figure to be used in a project, by this Wednesday.


* There will be no school this Friday. March 11th, due to our Spring Break holiday.

* There will be a presentation for Pre-school Parents on Tuesday, March 15th from 11:30-1:00, the title of the presentation is "What can Parents do about Authority". Please read the information below and save the date.
