Queridos Padres (Nursery – 12):

Pre-Kinder Detergente                    Grado 8 Frijoles

Kinder Papel higiénico                    Grado 9 Aceite para cocinar

Dear Pre School Parents:

As part of our Character Education Program, the Pre-School organizes a toy distribution activity every Christmas. During the month of December, we will focus on the virtue of “Generosity” and we encourage you to do the same at home. Along with the American School Student Council and National Honor Society, our plan this year is to distribute toys, treat bags and a hot lunch to the children of the American School bus drivers, maintenance workers, nannies, security guards, cleaning, and cafeteria staff. We are asking parents for a voluntary donation of Lps 100.00 which will go towards gifts and treat bags. The treat bags will include an apple, juice, a small bag of candy, and cookies. The paper used to wrap the gifts will be decorated by our students. Our students will also put together all treat bags. The hot lunch for the children will be donated by a group of Pre School parents. Drinks, napkins, plates, etc and the lunch for the adults will be donated by the Student Council and National Honor Society.

The distribution of the toys will take during the first week of December; we are in the process of finalizing all details. Two or three students from each section will act as representatives from the Pre-School on this day. They will be in charge of passing out the toys, treat bags, and lunches.

If you would like to help with any aspect of this activity please contact your room mother as soon as possible. If you have any questions or doubts please feel free to contact me at any time.

We are asking that this voluntary contribution be sent this week so that we are able to begin with this activity.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Claudia Pereira
Pre School Principal
